I can't express how much I love this product! I got this for myself for Christmas & use it daily. I love that it's a humidifier & essential oil diffuser, fills from the top (to avoid messy spills), I don't have to keep refilling the water through out the day, (I'm a stay at home mom & homeschool, so our house is very lived in & I diffuse a lot and appreciate the lack of dry air when this is on), the output of mist can be adjusted, it has a soothing light feature for nightime, and works perfectly for my kitchen, dining room & living room! I get compliments that my house smells nice and I love that I can diffuse oils that kill the bacteria in the air and at the same time know that I'm humidifying the air, because I live in a dry climate (especially in winter). I must've unintentionally gotten water in the pipe during a refill (while multitasking), because this product leaked. I was disappointed because my warranty with Amazon had just ended a few days prior to this. I decided to contact Blue Hills via email and let them know my situation. They got back to me almost immediately & let me know they're a family owned business and my satisfaction was very important to them. They gave me a few troubleshooting tips & told me to let it dry for 24 hours & try the diffuser again. They said if I still couldn't get it to work, they would send me a new one for FREE! However, this product wouldn't even diffuse at all after the 24 hours and kept leaking, so I let them know & they said I should receive the new one in 3-5 days. I received a new one THE NEXT DAY!!! That's super impressive to me, especially in these unprecedented times, where it seems like everything is delayed in the mail & customer service tends to lack. I couldn't be any more pleased with this product, or the company & I love knowing I'm helping support a family owned business!!! This product is amazing and would make a perfect gift for anybody!

Worked great 1st couple weeks using it at night only. Last night it leaked all the water out. This am I dried everything and refilled it half way - no leaks and mist was working. Set it up tonite with essential oil (Influenza A has hit me back to back) Initially it was working 5 minutes it started leaking and quit misting. The tank comes off base which could be why it’s problematic.

I received the diffuser. Lovely and packaged perfectly. It worked for about 4 hours and then would only work for about 5 minutes before shutting off. I contacted seller and they had me troubleshoot the diffuser and when it didn’t fix it, they told me they would send another right away. I received the replacement diffuser very quickly and it works wonderfully. Nice and big water tank and it scents a large area. Wonderful buying experience.

This wonderful humidifier is so good for me. I was thinking that I didn't need one so big, but it's nice to be able to put it in my family room and have it fill up the whole room! It has a knob that can be regulated to control how much mist comes out, so you can use it in the bedroom at night too, on the lowest setting (barely from turning it on) And the colors! The first setting is like a lava lamp, it changes to all the colors it has. It has helped my allergies so much! And during the terrible fires in California and THAT WIND that took out our trees and barn roof...I digress...the moisture from the humidifier kept my allergies in check. I can actually breathe through my nose! Here's a thing...they warn you about getting the middle part wet, (in the main water tank) like over and over so I knew it was important. But guess what? If you use a gallon of distilled water, the cap of that gallon fits PERFECTLY over the hole in the middle so you don't get it wet and you can pour an entire distilled gallon of water in the main shell. Just don't forget to take it off and recycle the water bottle. I can't really find where the MAX water amount is, but just pouring in one whole gallon works for like, 3 days...depending on your mist control. I love this product and am so glad I bought it!!

Easy to refill and puts out a ton of vapor. Auto shutoff and easy to tell at a glance how much is left. Heed the warning and don't put oil in the top or you'll cause the valve to build up gunk and stick open - just in case though I wouldn't put this anywhere that it spilling would be costly (don't stick it over your tv or computer), the design is questionable but so far has worked well and I'm running a lot of oil in it 24/7. update: after 6 months, the device has decided to stop working and only blinks red a few times when plugged in and will not turn on. the tank valve also does like to leak and dump its entire contents if it gets so much as a spec of buildup on it.

We have a large open living area w tall ceilings, we went through a few diffusers trying to cover the large space. This one does the trick! It is also a humidifier and that’ll be perfect for the upcoming winter. If you’re an oil gal like me, be sure to add your oils to the base not in the water. I did use 10-15 drops as it suggested, but I think I can get away with less next time. It also comes with multiple light selections or you can keep them turned off.

I was looking for a diffuser that would last all night while I slept. This does the trick! It’s nice and neutral looking, easy to fill and operate. Note you’ll need 20+ drops of diffuser oils to really get the event flowing. Also you can’t turn off the light or change the colours.

I filled up the tank with water, and essential oil plug in. Then it flashed red light 3 or so times. But not working. But after I left the unit off for a few hours and came back to it and turned it on it started to work. Now it works perfectly thanks to the people that I emailed the manufacturer. Highly recommend it

Needed a diffuser that would last a long time and wouldn't need constant refilling! This is exactly what we needed. And the orange light setting is a nice warm glow at night.
