This is the third of these cameras I have bought. It is truly plug and play and they are great value for the money. The package includes the camera, power/video wiring (plenty in length) and a charging adapter.

It's Whatever I guess
I Guess it must work. The add never said I needed a special DVR to use it. Also I did not ever receive a response from them after asking about that. 4 months and no response yet.
