Are these guest towels 3-ply?

I don’t know the ply count but they are thick. Thicker than a paper towel. i use them in my guest bathroom and have purchased them several times.

do they stay strong and not fall apart when wet, and can you reuse them?

They are very strong and yes I suppose you could let them dry and reuse them..they are good size when you unfold them . I cut them in half at the fold and they are still large enough to dry your hands completely..that way they last twice as long
