How is the microphone for phone calls

I have no issues with people understanding me even in noisy environments.

Are these good for listening to Audible books?

They would be perfect, especially with the noise canceling

Would these headphones be comfortable for sleeping (while on your back)?

I have slept while wearing the headphones, however I had to make sure that I remained on my back.
