I love a good creature feature and have watched this loads. It’s not the greatest by any means but it’s a giant snake!

This review is about the PRODUCT and not the actual film.The casing is a slim-line Blu-Ray case.The sleeve states that the film is Region A, but I have tested the disc on my player and it runs perfectly fine on a Region B machine.Picture quality is an improvement over the DVD but still could be better. With the scenery on offer (jungles, rivers, vibrant colours) the video quality delivers well in this transfer.Some night-time shots look a bit grainy, but overall it is a satisfactory release on Blu-Ray.There are absolutely no extras whatsoever. Good adventure movie

“It’s about this big mama snake!” That’s how I remember ice cube describing this film in one of the promo interviews and it’s stuck in my brain. I think this films great. Fun film with a great main villain. Some dodgy effects but overall good for the time. Crazy to see Owen Wilson and j lo together in a film near the start of their careers and again all these years later in marry me. At the time this was a 3 star film. Compared to todays, it’s a 5 star, must see, classic!
