This is an excellent resource for any speech pathologist preparing for Dysphagia treatment. I have 26 years of experience and this book gave me lots of new information. Plus, a straightforward and well constructed book. So happy I read it cover to cover in a week! Able to impress many co-workers with this information.

SCREENING FORM WAS ON TWO PAGES WHICH WILL REQUIRE IT TO BE RETYPED FOR USE. THE SCREENIGN FORM DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH DIRECTIONS TO BE USED BY NURSES WHO ARE TRAINED IN DYSPHAGIA SCREENING.

This is a very well written, evidensed-based publication. It is well-organized and easy to read. Although the authors' views are controversial, it provides great content for debate and will challenge clinicians to re-think their practice.
