Fit and function are perfect

Quality of build is good. Install a snap. But.....I originally bought 3 of the Nutone Exhaust/Light bath fans due to the quiet fan. Checked with iWatch the old fixture is a good 10dB quieter than this replacement. It doesn't really matter to me in that this is for a utility room. I was unable to find a replacement fan until recently (thank you Amazon). All said I'm happy.

I am grateful that this aftermarket part exists, avoiding replacement of enclosure, rewiring, etc. The new unit has a higher noise level than the original I replaced with (which was 1 Sone). I would guess that this is a 2 or 3 Sone motor / fan. It is possible that the motor is higher RPM, and suspect it may be pulling more air than the prior.

Not OEM, but it’s a perfect replacement, perhaps better than the original which lasted 20 years. Time will tell, but thanks Conrey Electric!

Received the replacement fan but it had a 5 prong plug instead of three (my fault - 5 prong was clearly stated in the Amazon add) .Called the company and was immediately referred to DJ who told me how to turn the 5 to 3. Didn't work at first, called DJ again and sent a photo of the connection - DJ said i did it right. redid the splicing and it now works fine. My impression is a very friendly small company intent on pleasing customers.

I liked that it came quick and a replacement for what I have. Crappy part is it’s a lower powered motor compared to original but worse part was you spend over 200 dollars and the casing of the motor is broken. Ended up using the old housing because the new wouldn’t fit with it being broken

Bought this as a last resort for a noisy bath fan. The quality is less than expected and less than the original fan. It runs, fits well, and is quiet. It works… more plastic than the original one- so I hope it keeps working… and it’s expensive!!
