Saris Bones Car Bike Rack, Trunk or Hitch Carrier, Mount 2-4 Bicycles

I was advised to buy the boot huggers for use with my mini. I found the rack easy to put on the car and it felt quite solid. With my one bike on it felt very stable. I had one trial ride of a mile around the block which was fine and then today I used it on its first proper run. I felt confident that the bike and rack were sitting solidly on the car. No problems at all.

Bought through Amazon, was a bit worried with some of the negative comments but need a rack quick. Turns out it’s a great product easy to install and with a little bit of adjustment and a few protective pads for the contact points to the car sorted.

It is easy to put on and really stable . I had to buy hatch huggers to go on it but it works really well

The rack is a very good idea. If you don't have a trailer hook. The installation manual is not very cleae and I still have parts I dont know how to use. But it is very stable on the high way even on windy days

If you can't have a hitch this is your best option. It's very sturdy and well made. The clasps work well and stay tight. Be sure to clean the areas where the rack touches your car. Any dirt will be ground into the paint. It does work with 3 bikes but it will take some time to get the set up just right. Don't forget to buy straps to keep the front wheel from turning.
