You will need to kind of sealant around the top to keep water from leaking. As others have stated, the edges are sharp and there's discoloration, but honestly, I don't think that's important at all. What matters is it installs well, adjustment screw gets it to fit tight, and once you seal it, it's waterproof. That's all that matters. Use this for a chimney pipe that is made for a 6" stove pipe. I will get the exact measurments come back and update this review.

The adjustable screw worked well. The cut was precise. The metal was thick.

Dangerously sharp edges and discolored from the cutting process. Would be a high quality product with a little time to clean up burrs
