I have recently just started growing herbs indoor and had a bad experience with so-called organic soil which I purchased locally. The seeds for the herbs never germinated and in addition, the soil became contaminated and developed an odor. I saw reviews for this soil which were good so I purchased and received the bag the next day. The soil smelled fresh and rich was not too thick, just loose enough to put in my containers and then sprinkle over the seeds easily. I planted both herbs pictured here, cilantro I had to transfer from old soil and Lemon balm (small container). Within 4 days, the lemon balm started to sprout and the cilantro stem stood up and its leaves started growing. Its been almost 2 weeks now and both herbs are thriving.

The soil was looser than I thought it would be but I liked that, easier to work with. And I’m just growing some small, potted herbs in my kitchen and this was great. It comes in a handy zip lock back, too. Since I didn’t use all the soils it was easy to zip lock the back close and store away until I need more

It maintains my plants and is perfect dirt. The vitamins and the nutrients this soil offers is rich!

Combine this soil with organic indoor plant food and your plants will flourish. Mine did.

The soil feels great. I look forward to my herbs growing in this soil.

Found the same type product all organic and with worm castings looks and seems the same for $3.00 at local hardware store. Plants grow ok in it but not worth the price in comparison to what I found elsewhere.

I haven’t had any insect or mold issues. Good quality of soil. Thank you!
