how smooth are they ? can you start moving them with small touch ?

I suppose it would depend on the size which you’re ordering. More mass would mean more resistance. My bearings are 5/16” center bore and they are definitely very smooth. I purchased them for precision screws rods for a CNC controlled axis and they worked perfectly for this application.
