Avalon Organics Scalp Treatment Tea Tree Shampoo, Encourages Scalp Well-Being and Leaves Hair Soft, 11 Fluid Ounces

This product has solved two problems for me: 1st, it resolved some scalp problems caused by my former fave shampoo (that, sadly, changed its formula on me). 2nd, this product produces great results without needless chemicals that, according to European countries's regulating bodies, just don't belong in products designed for personal hygiene. This product has a faint tea-tree oil scent that does NOT stay on the hair so it is truly unscented. After 3 weeks of near daily use, my scalp is no longer itchy, scaly, or overly dry. My wife cannot keep her hands off my head and she loves how soft my hair feels. This is my new shampoo. I do, a couple times a week, follow it with a CeraVie moisturizing rinse just to keep my scalp moist and my hair 'fluffy' for the style my wife loves. This product has my highest recommendation (especially for people over 60, like me, who want no-nonsense, unpretentious, and simply-formulated personal care products. Not fancy. Just right.

I’ve tried their other shampoos and they feel too drying or harsh for some reason.This one is perfect it makes my hair clean without drying it.The smell is also pleasant.

I’ve been using this shampoo for almost two weeks now and I’m really loving it. It has a wonderful scent and leaves my hair extremely soft and shiny. I’ve been using Avalon Organics products for a long time and I’m already a big fan of the brand. I also keep the Tea Tree shampoo on hand and like to alternate between them. This Coconut Pear version has been such a pleasant surprise! My hair feels moisturized, lightweight, smooth, and healthy after every wash. Avalon really did a great job bringing the natural benefits of coconut into a hair care product that actually delivers results. Very happy with this purchase. Five stars!

I've seen what the rosemary shampoo has done for my husband's scalp so I was interested in trying the tea tree shampoo because I've had some irritation and itching on my scalp ever since I went for a walk out in the sun without a hat. Sunburn? Maybe. This shampoo really calmed things down in a matter of days. My hair is also completely soft. When you use this use a little more shampoo than you would normally use. For my super long hair I need three pumps of shampoo and two shampooings. Then I use a deep conditioner or a tea tree conditioner. This shampoo is not as strongly scented as my conditioner. I think my hairdresser is going to be impressed with the condition of my hair when I go get my hair cut and colored. This shampoo seems gentle enough for my hair and you may love it too. I have oily hair near my scalp and dry ends. So this works to cleanse the oil away and leave the ends softer. Brilliant! ~The Rebecca Review

I could no longer find the old tea tree shampoo they had so I got this one. It is not similar. This one leaves my hair frizzy.

I’ve used this shampoo for a few years now and it’s really effective for oily scalps. I used to have bumps or pimples on my scalp but no longer after I started using this shampoo. Only thing is that it might make your hair feel dry so definitely use it with a conditioner or just every other day instead of daily.

I'm allergic to SLS in shampoo and had a very bad reaction from a previous shampoo. This Avalon Tea tree scalp treatment shampoo is SLS free and helped my scalp recover and I've been using it regularly. My hair always feels "squeaky" clean afterwards.
