Works great on the road!
This Portable Travel Garment Steamer has proven to be an essential addition to my travel accessories. Its compact and lightweight design makes it easy to pack, and it's been a lifesaver for keeping my clothes wrinkle-free on the go. The 25-second heat-up time is impressively quick, allowing me to use it in a pinch. The metal steam head ensures durability and efficient steaming, while the pump system effectively removes wrinkles from various fabrics without water spitting issues. It's versatile and safe to use on any garment, making it a convenient solution for business trips or vacations. The black color adds a touch of sophistication to its design. Overall, this travel steamer has made my travel experience much more convenient, ensuring I always look sharp without the hassle of ironing.

Best travel hack
My husband and I travel frequently. We spent a month in Europe and I vacuum sealed my clothes so I can travel with just a carryon and a small backpack. They were all super wrinkled of course. This is small enough to fit in my backpack and it works AMAZING! Besides vacuum seal bags, this is the best travel hack item I have purchased. It heats up quickly and it takes wrinkles out in seconds. Their advertisements are not exaggerating.

Works good but short power cord
I have used the steamer on a pair of wrinkled pants (seen in my 7 min video) & also a few shirts. here are some pros: 1) it is small & would fit fine into a duffle bag or small carryon when traveling (2) it heats up very fast when you turn the steam on 3) the water tank while small gives about 10 minutes of steam before you need to refill it again. it worked decently good on the wrinkled pair of pants that I initially tested it on. 4) it feels sturdy in your hand & no water spouts dripped out when I used it at any angle. here are some cons for the product that I noticed during my initial use (1) the power cord is about 6 ft in length but the cord is a bit too short for my preference & could be longer & *some other reviewers said this as well*. (2) it worked well but I don't think that you can use this to replace an iron because of the small water tank you'd be refilling it often & my iron at home gets out the wrinkles better than this steamer & I can iron many garments on 1 fill-up with my iron while using steam . In conclusion I am going to take & use this only when I travel here & there only but it won't replace my iron at home. I think it is better suited as a travel steamer but you may want to bring an extension cord with you though. Also this is NOT suited to be used overseas with a convertor as the instruction manual states on many areas on the manual because you probably will blow it out so if you try just know that it will be at your own risk.

Life saver!
I recently traveled by plane to a conference where I had to meet some important people and also give a stand-up presentation. The weather was cold and I packed some nice wool sweaters and chinos. My suitcase was stuffed and of course everything got very wrinkled. I bought this steamer and tried it out before the trip. It is compact and fits easily into the extra zipper space in my carry-on bag. It heats up immediately and makes lots of steam, and I could steam my entire outfit before the water chamber needed a refill. It probably takes longer than ironing, and probably doesn't work quite as well, but it get the job done and is WAY easier than setting up an iron. This steamer can be placed directly onto fabric for very stubborn areas, including wool, or it can be used 1-2 cm from fabric for a quick wrinkle release. I hang the garment from the shower curtain bar steam before I go to bed and it doesn't take long. I looked great in my outfits and I'll be packing this item on all my trips. I have even used it on wool blazers that got crushed from being packed in a suitcase. It takes the dents out of the shoulders and gets the wrinkles out of the back. It even worked on a windbreaker that I had stuffed into a travel pouch (very wrinkled!) The cord is not very long, but it was long enough to reach the garment in an apartment-sized bathroom. The quality is good and it seems like it will last a long time if it care is taken when using and storing it.

Works as advertised
I bought this steamer to get package wrinkles out of velvet curtains. It worked perfectly. It's compact, easy to use, (and came with directions and a storage bag). It was strong enough to get the wrinkles out - you have to go over it slowly a time or two - but the wrinkles did come out. It is meant to be small for travel so the water reservoir was really small. In spite of that I was able to steam one 108" long by 54" wide curtain panel with one full reservoir. If you need a very large reservoir to avoid refilling so often, a portable steamer is not for you. There was no spattering or leaking of water. Also, the reservoir is attached by a magnet - which I had never seen before but was super helpful. This portable steamer performed as advertised and I recommend this product.

Can I leave a "ZERO" review?!
OMG! From the first moment I started using it, it was spattering and leaking. So, I decided to run a couple of water tanks because I was afraid to ruin my clothes with water spots, and it started oozing this black tar-looking gunk! Very thick, sticky, black substance. Please save yourself the trouble, and find something else to buy!

Removes shipping creases
I can't remember the last time I wrote a product review, but I saw this in my "buy again" suggestions and was reminded how great this thing is. I put a garment on a hanger, hang it from my bathroom door, wave the steamer at it (barely even touching it), hold the fabric taut if needed, and the wrinkles melt away. Even the creases that are in clothes that come folded in a plastic bag, the ones where even putting them through the washer and dryer doesn't remove them. I have several tops that I'd bought and never worn because I couldn't get those creases out, but this steamer finally removed them easily. The steamer I tried before this one was bigger and heavier, but did not remove those shipping creases, even when I laid the garment flat and pressed it. This one is small, light, and shockingly effective. The only thing that could make it better is a longer cord, but I figure there's probably a safety reason preventing that, so I work around it.

Once a great steamer, now ineffective despite some design improvements
I used to love this steamer. When it was working great, it was far superior to other steamers I've tried not only due to the portability but good steam output with no "spitting" of water at no matter what angle. The key flaw in this steamer is the quality of the plastic that makes up the reservoir is poor. After 2 years of owning this steamer, the grey plastic on the connecting side of the reservoir started cracking apart at points of stress, especially the part that holds the ball valve in place. Once that part broke, it's impossible to fix. The clear plastic that makes up most of the reservoir isn't much better; it cracks over time and leaks. I've taken good care of my steamer, and the most I've done to it is place it in a suitcase with clothes. Polardo does not appear to sell replacement reservoirs. In spite of those flaws, I decided it would be worth it to buy another one – and it certainly would have been had the new steamer been identical to the old one. Well, it's superficially identical, but Polardo has made some updates to the steamer that are mostly legit improvements. The quality of the plastic for the reservoir seems better, and the design of the ball valve enclosure has been improved and made replaceable. The latest version of the steamer now has an on-off switch, whereas the earlier version did not. So what's my complaint? Somehow, whatever Polardo has changed about the actual steaming system has resulted in something that constantly belches water during the steaming process. I want my clothes steamed, not soaked! The instructions do warn of some water initially coming up during the beginning of operation, but the steamer keeps belching water no matter how long it's left on. The steamer is borderline useless because it means I can't steam clothes while traveling and have them ready quickly; I would have to allow my garments to dry before they become presentable. In case you were wondering, the reservoir for the new version of the steamer does NOT fit the old (better) version.

Works great!
On first heating up the unit, it did spit, and I thought oh no, but that did not last. It works great, especially using it with the material laying on an ironing board. It is easy to use and, given its size, will be great for travel. Of course, I don’t know yet whether it will continue to operate well, but my early use supports a good recommendation.

Small, portable and does a good job of getting out the wrinkles from clothing.
Good little steamer that is easy to fill and steam clothing when in a hurry. Good heat from the steam smooths out wrinkles. If you're on a budget and want something small and portable, this product does the trick!

Nifty Little Thing!
This photo shows how much water was left over after I steamed a knee length sundress. It took seconds to heat up, it did the job very well, and it is both small and light. I am super impressed with this and will tell all of my friends about it. You will have to refill after each item or two, but when you are travelling, this is preferable to having a huge water tank that adds volume to your luggage. Love it!

Broke after a few uses
Worked fine, heated fast. Only downside was it would continually steam as opposed to having a trigger when set on. Now it won’t steam. Heats up and has water but nothing happens.
