Works very well
This is a new design that I like. The snap closure works very well and the collar prongs are fairly easy to remove for adjustment. I am teaching my bloodhound to heal, and they are all nose so it has been a tug o war. Now she heals nicely without pulling e down the lane. She is learning that the collar means manners, her vest means scent work. When used humanely this collar is great.

This collar has given me better control of my energetic puppy.
It is a little hard to get the prongs attached and detached with a wiggling pup, but once on the control is amazing!

Great quality!
We have a strong willed, food driven shelter dog. Our dog trainer recommended this collar for training her. If used properly and humanly, it is very effective . We were told to buy the German brand but opted to get this less expensive one. It works exactly the same! Good quality, easy to remove & adjust links for proper fit. Very pleased with the purchase!

Get one size up, otherwise great collar!
Good collar but wish I would have gotten one size up. I read the specs and size charts and was going to get the next size up but after reading the specs and size info I chose not to… it’s right on the cusp of being too small..

Choke Collar
This collar is pretty easy to put on and take off but I find my 35 lb. dog still pulling some. However, I'd rather have this choke collar on than not.

It ACTUALLY works
I saw a drastic change in my dog's leash behavior. No more extremely aggressive pulling. No more nearly being knocked down. All it takes is one quick tug. I have a Golden Retriever mixed with an Australian Shepherd. She gets pretty excited about everything. But with this leash she no longer strains to the point of choking herself and gasping for air. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Easy to clip on/off.
The price is reasonable. Should be less but with the 2022 inflation everything has gone up. It doesn’t work as a choke chain because it doesn’t squeeze tighter as you pull. But the prongs let the dog know to be on his best behavior. It’s a good starter prong collar to see if you want to spend more money to buy the made in Germany brand.

Does the job!
These are much bigger than I anticipated. Look like the kind you would use on a big, strong, hard to control dog (and they would.) ...not a big, sweet, shy, please pet me "baby girl" like I have. With that said.... they work great!

Incredible
We have a young high energy Mastiff that pulls like a horse and goes ballistic whenever he sees another dog. Not aggressive, just wants to play; but try calmly yelling that across the street to Gertrude and her 2 lb Teacup Yorkie as he's trying to drag you over. We have tried a couple of the muzzle-style halti's and had no real luck. Worked *okay* for the 5 minutes he would keep it on but Mastiff's have a short snout and a big neck, so sizing was part of the problem. The other part was that he didn't respect it enough to leave it alone; it was a mild annoyance at best. THIS thing he respects. One yank and you've got his full attention; something the halti's could never do.It doesn't seem to bother him and he isn't scared of it. Doesn't paw at it, try to shake it off, or go running for the hills when we pull it out of the closet. To the contrary; he's excited for the walk when he sees it and doesn't try to resist us putting it on. But however this thing is pinching him, it does the trick. So much so that with strict supervision and guidance on technique, we're beginning to let our 7 and 8 year old kids walk him. That's not something we could ever have considered with a halti or traditional collar. These are common sense tips if you've ever used these types of non-traditional collars but for anyone who hasn't:- There should be slack in the leash until you need to correct him. Give it a quick little yank and then release - do not keep pulling.- Make sure you have it on right. It can be a little tricky the first few times but its worth taking the extra minute or two to be positive it's correct. Shouldn't be too tight, leash connection needs to sit on top of the neck as opposed to below, and make sure it cinches easily. If you give a little tug and he doesn't stop in his tracks to give you a 'whoa what was that?' look, it's probably on wrong.Long story short, I couldn't recommend this more.

Safety with control
NOW I have control ,my dog walks nicely I’m not dragged down the street. It’s not hurtful to the dog I put it around my neck and pulled and twisted to make sure it wasn’t going to puncture her skin and I mean I pulled and twisted . I would NEVER EVER HURT MY DOG !! So the prong collar didn’t hurt me remember I did this on bare skin and It didn’t cut me. It’s also safe to walk my dogI have control she sees another dog ,cat ,rabbit she won’t run across the street maybe in front of a car the prong collar tightens and she is Persuaded to stay Where she is I love them and I think the collars are great.

Worth the buy!!
My pittie is 9 months old and I got him the biggest size. I saw a difference right away. From the first time I used this collar he had stopped pulling instantly. I went from not being able to control him with both my hands to being able to hold him back with just my pinky! I tried the collar on myself before I put it on him and it wasn't that bad as long as I didn't keep pulling which I believe he understands. Benji or any other dog would not intentionally hurt themselves.

Perfect for my puggle
Initially, I wasn't a fan of this product in general. I felt like it was abusive to the animal. Prior to purchasing this collar, we tried a harness, and a collar that tightens when the dog pulls, which is supposed to reducing pulling, as the tightening of the collar is uncomfortable. Well, my puggle didn't mind the collar tightening and would continue to pull and choke himself with the collar. Additionally, walks were still extremely unpleasant. I finally caved into trying one of these collars (my boyfriend was a huge supporter of them). Within seconds of putting the collar on, he pulled one time and immediately stopped. He didn't cry or sound like he was choking like he did with the previous collar, and he still really enjoys walks. He runs away from the collar when we take it off the hook, but he did that with all collars. It has made walks enjoyable for the first time since he was a tiny baby. It also was easy to remove links when the collar was too big.

Wow
Arrived yesterday and I took our 3 year old 100lb Shepard for a walk and she immediately understood. I mean immediately. She has often pulled as much as was comfortable for her so my wife and kids have a hard time. Last week she got away from my son and chased deer so that was that... this is a far better option than her getting hit by a car.We walked for an hour and she didn't seem too upset about the thing, it didn't hurt and best of all zero pulling. If she started to pull I just corrected her with a tiny tug and she backed off. I have to reiterate that she really wasn't upset, scared or hurt by it. That was the most enjoyable walk we've had and we walk a lot. Should've gotten one long ago.The welds on this unit seem pretty shoddy but seeing as there's no pulling I doubt it matters much.
