Quality product.
The build quality is great, the insulation is soft and flexible allowing for more options when it comes to routing. I've used these wires to power and ground two amps in my vehicle a few months ago and I have no complaints! Well worth it for the price.

Understand, you’re buying *copper clad* aluminum…
There’s a reason this is cheap, it’s CCA (Copper Clad Aluminum) it’s not pure copper. You can feel it the moment you handle it, the stuff is light and very bendy owing to the ductility of aluminum and the high strand count. This wire will have very low skin resistance at high frequencies owing to the count and cladding. But for DC current this wire is going to be inferior to copper, period. It’s 70% aluminum and that aluminum which is the dominant makeup of the wire is only 61% as conductive as copper. The aluminum has poor tensile strength comparatively and is much softer so it may behave very differently when crimped. A crimp connector and die that’s worked well for you on copper may behave strangely on this CCA. The only place this wins is cost and weight. It has more resistance (heaps more) a higher tempco, is more brittle, will crimp a bit funny etc. It is cheap tho…

Easy to work with
Used as a grounding strap for a project and it works perfectly. Easy to trim the sheath with a pocket knife. Easy to bend and work with.

Seems to be great wire?
I haven’t tried connecting this wire yet to anything, so I can’t say anything about how good it really is yet other than by just looking at it. Which the wire looks great far as I can tell. I’ll be using this wire to connect two car batteries together thru a continuous switch that will charge both batteries at the same time when the engine is running. One battery will be oscillated from the starting system of the other battery do any thing running in the truck with the engine off won’t drain both batteries and the one battery will always have power to start the engine even if the other battery is dead!

There’s a reason it’s cheap
Initially, I really liked the flexibility and price point of this wire. However, this stuff really does not hold up over time due to how soft the actual copper fibers are. It will apart and cause a lot of resistance in your connections over time. Stick with stiffer and higher quality wire for better sound and preventing heat.

Good value
I don't believe this is actually 4 gauge wire, which is a VERY COMMON issue when buying cheap wiring off of the internet. I knew this going into this and purposely bought overrated/LARGER wire for my application (I could have very easily used REAL10 gauge) but overall I knew what I was buying and seems decent quality for my boat. If you absolutely need the correct gauge, unless you pay the big bucks just buy a gauge larger to cover you butt, these cheap manufacturers include the insulation as part of the gauge which absolutely is wrong, but as long as you know that, it's a great bargain for the price.

CCA is what it is.
4awg 25/25 red/black Look this is CCA, if you don’t know that, honestly don’t buy it. I used this for running 40amp cable from battery to inside of vehicle, this is not a daily use cable, it’s simply for having power available besides my main bank in back of astro van. For this purpose it’s fine, 4 awg cca is substituting for 8 awg ofc because this is a temp set up, and havent decided if im keeping it. They say when using cca always go one size bigger. I’ll tell you for runs longer that 6-15ft use 2 sizes bigger, if you’re running longer than that, or plan on using say for a daily inverter, buy ofc, copper. CCA will only let you down if your planning on extensive use and wiring.
