I’ve been buying this soap for years. It will unfortunately probably be my last buy because it is becoming to costly for us. It is an absolutely fabulous soap and the scent it amazing. If you want to treat someone with a different gift, this is it!

It was the scent that originally drew me to this bar soap. It was wonderful! The package indicated it had been milled 7 times; I don't know if it is currently done the same way. The bar would last for a year! I read another review that indicated the bar is smaller now however. The first time I bought the large bar, it cost $17--that was probably 10 years ago. I've had at least 3 of these bars. The scent didn't last the whole year. I'd love to try it again.

Excellent and long lasting.

I have always loved this Portuguese soap. It smells lovely and lathers beautifully and makes you feel like you are in a spa! But, the size of the soap bar is drastically reduced from the last time I purchased it, while the already expensive price has stayed the same. It’s just too expensive now, so sadly, this will be my last bar.

I loved the smell this was a gift originally and had to look up where to order it. As for the price substantial size, and lasted a very long time. The packaging also made it perfect for a gift
