Great heat without burn when you want to spice up ...
Great heat without burn when you want to spice up Italian sauces. I mix it with olive oil and rub it deep into meat as a marinade. Or I toss chopped vegetables into the marinade before grilling them. Yum!

I love this seasoning. Lately I've been using it in beef soup but great for Italian pasta dishes as well.

Smells fantastic!
Smells fantastic! I have not used it yet, but have no doubt it will produce a good product given its strong and pungent smell. I did deduct one star given it does not have a shaker top.
