I use these to paint Christmas ornaments. They work beautifully but sometimes they arrive cracked or crack after I open them. I let the company k kw and they have replaced everyone of them with no shipping charge. I have impressed. I have probably order them 6-7 times!

I use a lot of these in a craft. I have experienced extreme frustration at them cracking because you have to return the full pack to get a refund and thus I lose the uncracked ones as well. I’ve also had them crack after finishing them and thus lose my investment. I now buy multiple packs at a time and on arrival check all of them immediately for cracks - setting aside cracked ones in my “to be returned package”. For the remaining uncracked ones, I immediately dip them in a pan of boiled linseed oil to moisturize the wood and let them dry for several days before finishing them - this has reduced (but not totally eliminated) the cracking issue for me. Once the linseed oil has dried - I put 3 coats of poly on each side. Note that the linseed oil will darken the wood but it also highlights the wood rings beautifully and this works for me. They came looking amazing. I was expecting them to be smaller but that could be my mistake. I ended up loving the size of them and worked with it. I painted them but over the span of a week, they all cracked. Sometimes it cracked so loud it scared the heck out of me. I had to put them in a different room when I was sleeping because they cracked at random times lol

I use these to laser engrave and they work well. A bit expensive but worth it

I had nails over my stove from some Christmas decorations and when I took them down it looked empty. I started looking for some 6" plates to add but couldn't find any so I got these cute logs to paint some type of farmhousey pictures on ( I know, and not very well. lol) but finally done. After the stove was on for awhile I found this crack on the one. I'm still giving them a 4 because of how well they were shipped and the quality of them. They are clean cut and these 2 were the most round. If you are looking for perfectly round, I would let the seller know ahead of time. Just don't let them get hot or this will happen. I'm thinking of fixing it with either wood putty or calk.

I have purchased these twice now! I use them in creating displays. Drilling a small hole in the bottom allows me to place them on an old bed spring. Great for party table numbers or use several to spell out a message for a special event or holiday! Perfect for a woodland themed party!

I purchased these for an event to use with center pieces. The slices were all even, which was great to sit things on top of without them falling off. They also were smooth and clean.
