PROMATE Snorkeling Fins Side-VIEWED Purge Mask Dry Snorkel Gear Set/ SCS0068

I usually order from sellers with prime shipping, but took a chance on this seller and wasn't disappointed. This is a great package from the looks of it. Haven't used it yet. This week be my go-to snorkel set, and maybe scuba use one I get certified. Each item came individually wrapped with a mesh bag included. The fins are longer than other sets advertised on Amazon and I am hoping that will be a plus. The mask is a purge mask. With a dry snorkel, this set should do the trick for a weekend outing in the water.

UPDATE: Lost the snorkel because the included clip is not secure. Get a more secure clip if buying this.I have used these on several dive trips as well as some snorkeling. I like the snorkel because it does keep the water out. The fins are great, but make sure the cutouts don't catch on anything. I got one snagged on a broken pole when descending into a ship wreck in Bermuda, but I was able to easily pull the fin back over the pole once I knew what had happened. The mask is not my favorite. The windows on the side have a weird mirror effect that is kind of distracting. That said, i don't have problems with much leaking. I think I will eventually get a simpler black mask like I see a lot of more experienced divers wearing.

these have worked pretty well for several years. The foam in the snorkel has come out of place in the last year, making it a challenge to make sure you can breathe quickly after diving underwater, but as long as I remember to reach up real quick before taking that first breath after a dive, it's fine. The fins and mask fit surprisingly well and have held up great, considering the cost and that I didn't ever try them on ahead of time.

Bought this for my trip to Key West, we went to the Dry Tortogas and was amazed at the water quality there crystal clear, used the kit all day and snorkeled all around the reef and saw some of the greatest aquatic life the Keys have to offer. The mask fit like a glove and the fins were fantastic, small enough for easy manuverabilty around the reef but i didn't feel fatigued while deep diving, the snorkel was my greatest shock, I ordered this kit expecting the snorkel to be cheap and it surprised me its a high quality design and held by the salt water like a dream and the wave cap kept me under and breathing normally for hours.

Worked Great , Took to Hawaii last October , had no problems, I bought the Large (I wear a size 12) , The fins are fairly large , you can really move when you want to. The fins are a tad more boyant than I would like. I will tell you the larger fins also mean you need to have your cavs in good shape, mine were not after about 90 min I was cramping up. Mask had good seal and nice wide view. Snokel was avg in comfort. I would suggest in a heartbeat.

I bought this because I wanted my own snorkel gear when going on my vacation. I've borrowed others, but I really wanted my own. I got it quick thanks to the "GetWetStore". I have since tried it out in the neighborhood pool and everything really worked perfectly. I saw there wasn't to many reviews for this product. But from what I've researched from other people here on Amazon, I picked this one with no regrets. I wear size 12 shoes, so from what I've seen PROMATE had bigger fins and they fit great. The mask is a great fit and the snorkel is much more comfortable on my jaw than the ones that I've borrowed.

This set is great. The mask fits perfectly and the fins are the big daddys. They are about 4 inches longer than all the others in this category. The mask and fins are easy to adjust. The snorkel technology is great - no more purging a whole tube of water each time you go underwater. It even has a whistle on it. The mesh bag they send could be a little bigger, it is a really tight fit to put everything inside the bag (maybe only the fins are supposed to go in the bag and not the mask and snorkel?)

I have owned several different sets of equipment over the years US Divers and several other brands, but decided to go with Promate for my most recent purchase. Well worth the money. The fins and mask are comfortable and the snorkel is superb. The plastic clasp that connects the snorkel to the mask is a little thin and feels cheap, but I replaced that piece with something else and it is my new go to set for water fun.
