I ended up in it with this trick (I buttoned every other hook. You can see if you look closely in at the pic). It fits well that way. My goal is to work to get every hook buttoned, then move to the second level of hooks. Overall, this is a great quality product. One other tip, underneath my clincher I use the "Ann Cherry Hot cream" on my belly then wrapped it with the "black Slimming Plastic Wrap for Fat Burner" (you can see a piece of it in one of my pictures). I plan to waist train for no less than 2 hours a day. 4 hours a day is my short term goal but I will have to work my way there.....then 6, then 8 (no more than 8 hours a day is recommended). I love this waist trainer, tummy control product, back supporter. It gets the job done well. Very comfortable. If you're short like me, 5'4, it's perfect, but for those who are shorter like 5'3 it may be too long for your torso. However, I highly recommend this product. Hopefully, I won't have to buy another one anytime soon, but will not hesitate to do so. It's worth the every dime. Don't forget, it runs about 2 sizes smaller. If you're a size 14/16, you will need a 2XL unless you have a flatter stomach. It gives me great support for my back as well.

I got the short torso and it was a perfect fit. It does fold on the bottom all around and it could get a bit uncomfortable if you plan on wearing it for too long. other than that it snatches good.

Great quality, I ordered different brands and this was well made. I'm smal size, I ordered a size M and it's still too small. I'm returning it because the hooks are visible and I would have preferred a zipper.

I purchased this based in measurements. I am 5’ 0”, short-torso’d, prob 115lbs, and carry my weight in my belly. I didn’t realize they have a whole short-torso line, in case you want the short 25-bones (in white and black!). So, I purchased the Med on Feb 24th. Could only fit into the largest row. After two days, could tighten to the middle row, and after another two weeks, could do the tightest. Purchased the size Sm, and transitioned from the smallest Med row to the Small’s medium row, but had to go back up to the largest Sm row with water weight/bloating for that time of the month. After about a month of working my way down to the smallest row in the size Sm, I am now in an XS. Two months of use to get from a Med to an XS with no exercise, no dieting (watching the junk foods, but not being crazy). This works if you let it. It does get warm (I think it’s latex), but I think the thermogenesis component helps. I have been wearing a thin, synthetic tank top underneath it, so I don’t sweat directly onto it, and so I can wash the shirt instead of having to wash the waist trainer. That works for me. For the price, and for how well this works, I highly recommend this product. Putting it on requires some practice. I have found it easiest to put it on starting at the bottom and working toward the top. Some days, hubs helps me by having me lay on the bed and suck in, haha. It helps remind me to engage my core throughout the day (I’m a nurse, so on my feet 12-hrs a day), and helps with my posture. Just remember to put your socks/shoes on before you put it on.

I bought the short torso in small after long consideration and reading reviews trying to determine whether to get the regular black or the short torso. Turns out I made the wrong decision. I am 5'3 140lbs with a short torso but the corset is only 8"...way too small for an adult, even a short one. I had read in the questions/answers section that the short torso was 11" which would have been perfect, but it's not, it's just barely 8". Now I'm going to order the regular black one and hope that it's not too long, but I'm sure it will be, because that's just my luck. These things are made for tall woman, the last brand I bought from amazon went half way down my butt it was so long (14" I think). So I was excited to see a short torso option but no luck. I'm really hoping the black in size small is no longer than 11" or I will have to return that one too. Besides being way too short the material seems very nice. Will update when I receive the next one. UPDATE: received the black small and as I expected it's too long, but not as long as I thought it would be so I guess it's okay. As far as actual waist training, it doesn't do much to pull your waist in so it leaves me with a boxy figure. Also doesn't really suck my stomach in much. So definitely not as good as the 85$ one I got from Instagram, but unfortunately those are no longer available, so I have to settle for this. The material is what I was looking for, but I wish it actually pulled my waist in and gave me a figure.

I wasn’t sure I’d be able to fit into this waist trainer at first, but with a little maneuvering, I got that last latch hooked and I’m so glad I did! It’s surprisingly comfortable, even after wearing it for 8 hours at work. What I love most is how smooth it looks under clothes, you can’t see it at all. It gave me that snatched look I was going for, and I was even able to fit into two dresses I hadn’t worn in forever. It’s effective, comfortable, invisible under outfits, and the price is right. Definitely a win!

I didn’t find the right size from Ann chery and that’s why I got this. It’s good but it’s only failing is that the bottom rim keeps folding on its self when seated. A very annoying thing that requires unfolding it every time you stand up. The Ann Chery doesn’t do that because the bottom rim is not straight and has this vest shape where it goes on top of the hip. While this one has a straight bottom rim.

Absolutely in love with what this did for my curves. I am 5’1” and 150 lbs with an endomorph body type and I ordered a size medium but I think I also could have fit a size large for a more relaxed fit. I don’t have a very defined waist or hips but this product hugged me in all the right places and gave me a very noticeable hourglass figure. I ordered for a short torso and it works well, however, I do have a bit of belly sticking out underneath so I would recommend getting the full size of you have an average - over average length torso. Boning works very well and is not uncomfortable but it does have the tiniest bit of a gape at the back which is something anyone with a very arched back and high bum should be aware of. All in all, very happy with the product and would recommend to anyone!

So I first brought a size down because I thought it would be very stretchy but it wasn’t. The material was very high quality, one of the best I have ever seem and I’m a Colombian women. I was scared that it wasn’t good material but I took the risk. I was amazed. I reorder it in my size which is a small and it fit perfectly. I have been using it for the last few days for a couple of hours. I love it. The first time is the hardest to put on obviously but afterwards it’s easier. It doesn’t stretch much but I’m fine with that. I would definitely buy it again.
