This pencil feels really solid, and the matt finish and the grip feel great. It's the same basic design and build quality as my rOtring rapid PRO which I've had for 15 years, but slimmer and shorter. At first I thought it must be lighter as well, but in fact it's nearly the same (my scales measure 22g vs 23g for the rapid PRO). I think it's because the weight distribution is better, being less back-heavy, so it doesn't feel like it's going to tip backwards out of your fingers. If money was no object, I'd replace all our mechanical pencils with this one.

Looks as gorgeous as it feels and feels as quality as it looks. I think the weight is about perfect, the action is smooth and reliable and it feels like it was a pretty good price for this quality.

Very nice pencil, that feels very high quality and durable. Seems to write well and the led doesn’t break easily. I got a green and it’s actually quite striking! I got drawn in by the reviews and whilst it is a good pencil, it’s just that, a pencil. So I would say it is quite expensive which is why I have knocked a star off.

Huge long time fan of rotting pencils going back to my first technical drawing days when everything started on pencil on paper!! (I know !!!). I’m a dark green this is perfect, so nice that when I lost my first one as soon as I was over the upset I immediately ordered a replacement

I really love the build quality of these pencils. Typically have used the Staedtler, but have stopped because they simply print too much crap on the side of their pencil including the barcode. Ugly and impacts the feel. So I love the design, weight, and rigidness of the body of this pencil. Edges are very defined but yet gently refined and smoothed out. I’d say the former is like Mercedes whereas Rotring is like the Audi - more more sporty and modern. Not your grandpas or grandmas drafting pencil. Go for it! You won’t be disappointed. Get yourself a nice eraser while you’re at it! Let your creative energy release because you’ve got the coolest pencil at the cafe!

Love the pencil as it's sturdy and good the right heft for writing. Initially was sent a pencil which didn't meet the expectations and product description but a replacement was sent. It was great. Pencil is on the expensive end and if you can afford it's worth it.

La rotring 600 rappresenta lo scalino appena sotto al top di gamma della casa tedesca, ovvero la rotring 800. Si tratta di un portamine con il corpo interamente in metallo, lievemente più pesante della media senza per ciò risultare scomoda. Questa sua caratteristica restituisce, anzi, un senso di solidità coadiuvato anche dalla struttura esagonale del corpo e dalla sezione cilindrica caratterizzata da un ottimo grip zigrinato. Sotto il cappuccio è presente una gomma mentre appena sopra la clip è possibile segnare la gradazione delle mine caricate. Segnalo che il meccanismo interno è in ottone. Consiglio l'acquisto a chiunque ami disegnare e scrivere con la matita, e di valutarne le varie colorazioni, tra cui quella blu acquistata da me, che rappresenta un ottima variazione sul tema ma segnalo che esistono anche delle bellissime edizioni limitate a chi avrà voglia di cercarle!
