I like spicy so i did not think is was very spicy at all. Just right actually for most uses. Its easy enough to increase sweet or heat if needed. Its not nearly as hot or sweet as sauces like Linghams or Mae Ploy but i did like it much better than Mae Ploy. I like Linghams Ginger better but only because of the strong ginger bite. The Best of Thailand Spicy Chile sauce is more versatile. Best of all its lower in sodium and they use rice vinegar which is what i use for my homemade sauces. Great sauce for the price even though i can get Mae Ploy cheaper locally. I cant find this one anywhere locally and overall i like it better.

This Best of Thailand Sweet Chili Sauce is Real Authentic Asian-Brewed Thai Marinade, excellent for Dipping Sauce & Glaze for Spring Rolls & Chicken Wings , for sushi and sashimi, the heat spicy level is very tolerable, excellent value for the price. (P.S) Need to open some how a bigger hole on the red cap because if not the red peppers pieces will block the flow of the sauce.

Nice flavor, economical, and very useful for bbq and and roasting.

I ordered this as I was looking for something that rivals Trader Joe's Sweet Chili Sauce (which you will pay an arm and a leg for on Amazon) as I'm not able to get there myself.. This comes pretty darn close. It's has just enough spice for those not able to handle much heat, and not too sweet. If I want it a little more spice, I just add a bit of Sriracha sauce. I ordered this as well as their Sweet and Sour Sauce. I gave that 1 star as it was totally tasteless. Don't know how one company can make two totally opposing products. UPDATE: I am changing my review to 3 stars instead of 4, as the move I use it, the less I like it. Like the Sweet and Sour Sauce, it has a strange almost savory back taste that I can't put my finger on. While I poured the Sweet and Sour Sauce down the sink, I will still use this, but mainly for stir fry dishes and not so much for dipping.

This is a very good sauce , we put it on chicken, shrimp 🍤 , fish .

Although very well, wrapped and sealed the product, leaked a little. The stickiness stayed within the wrapping, so did not affect other items in the box. The problem, undoubtedly was because it gets left inside our mail locker, and the weather was very hot. I would suggest that the company not offer shipping m nin hot weather to hot areas or as a consumer, order when you know the product will not be left in a hot mail locker. The product itself is very tasty. Nicely hot, (in range of Taco Bell ‘hot’ taco sauce) Na (8%). Wonderful product. I’ll definitely buy again, but not in summer.
