it is fast and very easy to use. one fill and it makes ice for hours. very handy.

I love this ice maker but do wish it made larger ice. It would also be nice if it had an alarm or signal that goes off when the ice basket is full or when it needs water added. Still recommend it highly!

When this item arrived I was first impressed by the packaging, as it was double boxed and cushioned for the bumps of shipping. We waited the recommended 24 hours before plugging it in (as well as the two hours with the lid open). The set up was so simple, after just a few minutes we were ready to start making ice. This ice machine is AMAZING! Seriously it is probably the best investment we have made this year and we are so excited to use it in our camper. Offering two sizes of ice makes it ideal for all different needs of ice (from in your drink to in your cooler). My kids and I loved watching the process through the clear lid as it was exciting to see just how nifty this little machine is in the process of making ice. (Hey it kept my kids busy for a long time!!) This is a wonderful, high quality, beautiful ice maker. We highly recommend this product to family and friends as it is well worth every penny!

It worked great, at first! Now it doesn’t work park at all, it’s only 4 months old and I can’t get a refund or exchange it.

I received this on the 29th and decided since it was the 4th of July weekend I was going to give it a hard trial run. Over the course of 4 days, I made about 55#s of ice! I filled coolers and gallon size freeZer bags, and even left it running during a BBQ for ppl to get ice from. It didn't miss a beat! A few different people were asking about it, how much it cost, where I got it, etc... In short, it was a great deal. A couple things to note: (1) watch the water level, because if it is too high, it'll cause the ice at the bottom of the well to melt prematurely, (2) ambient room temperature obviously makes a difference, keep the unit shaded or in a cool place for maximum performanceAll in all, this machine works great and I would definitely recommend it!
