SEAFLO Thru Hull Fittings (5/8")

This product was ordered for one inch. The thru hull starts out one inch, then tapers down to 3/4. We cannot use it and then realized it cannot be returned. Buyer beware!

The product is fine. The sellers give vague and inaccurate descriptions. My easy, at home purchase turned into a trip to the post office to return this item.

Installed this drain in a Pelican Bass Raider 10E. Could also be used on other small plastic type boats. Used marine epoxy to seal and no leaks.

If your bass boat has a thicker transom like mine does this fitting works great, The first one I ordered was to short, I suggest when you pull your original fitting you measure the depth of the hole before you order one.

This thing is not 3/4" at the barb, a 3/4 is loose and you can see that the hole is choked down. Packaging says 3/4. I bought a rule 800gpm pump with a 3/4 barb, my hose fits great and the actual hole is much larger.

Outer flange cracked on installation. Hand tightens only.

Sadly not an exact replacement. Did not line up with the old connection on the live well. Hard to find something for a 40 year old boat. The angle was to extreme and distance was to short making the over flow not work pro

Not true 3/4” Good luck getting your hose to seal properly to the undersized barb
