Where to get support corrected.
So I did originally give this product a not so good review. One of the batteries was not right, and I could not find any info on who to contact for support, and originally I posted a poor review.Well to my surprise, I was contacted by the company, I explained my issue and they said they would take care of the problem, and, I am happy to report they did so in a grand manor, and quickly.I'm getting to be an old timer, and the old ways, where companies and people stood behind their products and craftsmanship were a priority, but sadly a lot of companies seem to not care and I thought this one didn't either, but they proved me wrong and I am very grateful!So the laser is working great now! The support ended up better than imagined. I could not ask for more.Last I am not sure what other products this company makes or sells but after this, experience I would not hesitate to order anything from them.

Fun and nice.
Used this for the first time a couple days ago. It is amazing. I am.so glad this technology has come down in price. I am sure a much more expensive one might be more durable on construction sites. But for personal use or a one man business like me, it 8s fine. I am being careful with it. I dont think dropping it would be a good idea. But it does everything the expensive ones do.

As expected but could be improved
Everything works well but it's missing a couple of features. First, there should be a bubble in the device to level it. As it is, one has to guess while getting hammered by a very strident out of level alarm. Second, the plastic protectors around the lasers have thick walls that block the laser at some angles and create dead zones. They could remove the protector legs on the top corners or at least make them thiner.
