i dont usually write reviews, but hear me out. this stuff is the best.. i used this for a year, then switched to another brand and now im coming back. hand down the best psyllium husk on the market.. best poops ever with a clean wipe!!!

I’ve adjusted to diarrhea off and on pretty much all my life. Now that I’m older, it isn’t off and on, it’s always. And this in spite of maintaining a diet rich in legumes and grains. For years I drank Metamucil, detesting its aggressive orange flavor and sweetness (the sugar free version was just as cloying). About a year ago I saw this psyllium fiber alternative and gave it a try. 1- the flavor is mild and pleasant 2- it dissolves perfectly in very cold water 3- it is completely free of sweetener but of course you can add your own 4- THE most important thing: it does the job!

I have always used organic India, they never fail me. This one I decided to try and it’s a bit sweet surprisingly, but doesn’t leave a funny after taste.

Hating the inevitable about being of a certain mature age and dealing with constipation. This despite a balanced diet including fruits, veggies, and grains, exercise, still have been sluggish for several years. Recently read about this product in an article discussing my exact issue, mentioning this product by name. Knew that Amazon would carry it, and ordered it with fingers crossed. It is all that I hoped it would be-pleasant taste, ease of drinking (after a thorough blending), and gentle results. Once a day, first thing in the morning does it for me. Another plus, to put it delicately, is that my hemorrhoids are grateful, and I need to use less toilet paper. It also helps me get that needed glass of water, although drinking it slowly gums it up too thick, and have to be sure that I allow the extra liquid to be eliminated before leaving for exercise. Although a little voice in me says it’s too bad that I will need this for the rest of my life, I am prepared for this as long as this powder does its job and the company doesn’t go out of business.

I've been buying this product for about 10+ years. A year or so ago they changed the formula. How can you say it's the same formula, when it looks diff, tastes diff, and gives different outcomes? What a joke. I won't buy a product that no longer works the same. Here's a comparison of what they used to have and what it is now: Then: Looked like actual grains Now: Loos like powder Then: Used to taste like psyllium grains, not the best taste but not bad Now: It does taste better, but really why change this Then: I used to get great bowel movements Now: Nope

I just received this product so I can’t yet speak to the health benefits, but what I can say is product packaging has a flaw - after opening the can for the first time - there’s no way to reseal it.

Use very little and dilute in water before consuming as this product expands quite a bit.
