TRADITIONAL MEDICINALS TEA NETTLE LEAF HERBAL ORG 16 BG

It could be coincidental but my general joint pain and breezing difficulties were alleviated after drinking Nettle tea heavily for the last couple of days. This is my second experience with this plant when I believed it helped my recurrent allergy cough. It's said that Nettle reduces bodily inflammation which could be really helpful to the ill joints and lungs. I like the taste too but I am already a big tea drinker. I will definitely continue drinking Nettle leaf tea.

Has made a huge difference! Nettle is a natural antiinflammatory. It's also very high in quercetin which is a known mast cell stabilizer. I was in a very bad flare up and having issues with my insurance when I ordered this to see if it could help while waiting for prior auth for medication. I felt a little relief on the first day, each day a little better. My pain has been significantly reduced and my allergies are a bit better. I drink a cup every single day without fail. If I forget one day, I'll know the next as I don't feel well. The biggest difference it has made is in the Interstitial Cystitis. I am actually sleeping all the way through the night now without needing to go to the bathroom. I went from going to the bathroom a MINIMUM of 20x a day, including 1-4x overnight, to about 4 or 5 times a day (total). No more pelvic pain. I have written about it several times as it has been such an amazing help. I am a nurse and a certified health coach (400hr class for healthcare professionals). I highly recommend this product. Of course, always check with your provider to make sure it's a good choice for you.

This tea tastes so good as a ice tea and hot !! Although I drank it all day yesterday and before bed and was bouncing off the walls all day with energy and didnt sleep well. As i didnt realize it was a energy booster ..

I have been drinking this tea along with dandelion for some liver issues from the time I was 30 weeks pregnant due to pupps and I have continued drinking it because I love how it tastes and makes me feel!

This tea stand out to be one of the best tea among others. I gave two packets to a coworker, she said it helps to clean her kidneys. Even she lost some weight drink the tea. I will soon order more for myself.

Unique clean gentile taste and I love it especially with a little lemon juice. I originally bought it for its medicinal qualities but it was surprisingly pleasant. No caffeine.
