I bought these per my doctor's urging. I puked my guts up for aboout six hours. I suggest that if you're not used to zinc, you start show. Try ten to twenty-five mgs insteard of fifty like I didn,.

Zinc picolanate is the best form of zinc and vital for brain function and good for treating adhd, aggression as well as depression. Supplementation is necessary due to a lack of zinc in our diets due to pollution and it being stripped from the soil our food is grown in.
