Low heat fit well
Bought these to replace the old bulb on a vintage singer sewing machine. Amazingly bright and importantly alot less heat than the original bulb.

Fantastic light output
Purchased as a replacement for my sewing machine lights. One was fitted to a 40 year old Bernina 930 and the other to a 75 year old Singer Featherweight. In both cases they are a fantastic improvement over the old incandescent bulbs, providing an unbelievable amount of additional light. This will provide a double energy saving as with the old bulbs fitted I needed to use a secondary lamp which is now not required. Also, these bulbs give off little or no heat making it much more comfortable to use the sewing machines. Lastly, ghe price at £7.99 for two is no more - and probably less - than I would have paid for a single LED bulb from a sewing machine spares supplier. Therefore a win, win, win outcome. I can't comment on longevity as they have only been fitted for a day, but experience of similar LED bulbs suggests they will last.
