Hot Racing STE260 Steel Pinion and Spur Gear Set (18t/60t 32p)(Red) - TRA

Great quality, I ended up just using the pinion gear and bought a 56t hot racing spur gear.

I used the 18 tooth pinion gear with the 54 tooth spur that was already in the car and I'm getting great speeds. Im happy to know that I have an extra metal spur if the current one strips out. It came with an adapter to make the shaft size smaller on the pinion so it should work with almost all motors

Bought for my boyfriend and he's happy with it. It arrived just like the description. It does NOT fit a stampede 2wd xl5 without minor adjustments of the motor-mount screw holes. Holes must be files and moved back to accommodate for a larger diameter gear.

This won't fit the stock transmission without extending the motor adjustment range. spur gear comes about 1/8 inch from the drive axles. I did end up using the spur gear, but I had to use a smaller pinion gear.

The quality of the product is great. I'm having a little problem with how loud a metal gear is though.
