Q: Can you use this in herbal tea to add a licorice flavor?

I would assume so. I use it in my baking. I only use 1/4 tsp. for a batch of cookies so it won't take much for the flavoring in tea.

The bottle says Natural Anise Oil (100% pure essential oil). Food grade. 4 times stronger than standard extracts. Gluten & sugar free. Caution: highly concentrated. made in USA by LorAnn Oils, Lansing, MI. Nothing about anise seed or star anise. I use it in place of vanilla extract in sugar cookies - they taste great.

Q: Does it come with a dropper?

No dropper. You could your own. I use small measuring spoons.
