Diabetic friendly proteins rich roti atta
Excellent alternative to wheat chapati for diabetics as it does not contain gluten and carbs but enough protons. No spike in sugar level.It is not as soft as wheat chapati.

Really effective to control suger levels.
Really useful if you want to control blood suger levels. We use cgm and it does not spike any suger levels. Chapati is not as soft as wheat one but still good enough.
