My pressure washer (20 year old devilbiss) gear box requires iso 150 r&o oil. does this oil meet the requirement? thanks

Their literature says prevents rust and corrosion, that's the r. Excellent anti- oxidation resistance, that's the o. My guess is the oil would be suitable.

Would this be suitable for use in a high pressure air compressor, as a substitute for anderol 750 iso 150 synthetic lubricant.

The literature for 54100 only states that it is a gear oil, but I did find a general use application that included air compressors. I'm not sure if it would be the best oil to use in a compressor but apparently it would work.

I am sure that this oil is just fine, but I misread the specs I needed and ordered the wrong oil. This is not the fault of the manufacturer or the supplier. There was no misrepresentation, I just ordered the wrong oil. I am keeping it.
