Quality technical fiber shears
These are identical to the ones that are sold by specialty rigging lofts and ropecraft websites. They cut aramid, dyneema, and other technical fibers with relative ease (as long as you keep it under tension and/or alignment) and the big handles prevent hand fatigue. I've been using mine for over a year, and they still work and cut like new. If you are a sailor or sewer or leathercrafter or rigger these are a good purchase.

Best scissors or sheets I’ve owned.
I bought these five years ago when I couldn’t find anything else to cut dyneema lines easily with. They go through them like butter. I’ve been using them regularly for 5 years now and they are still like new. This morning I had to dive under our boat to cut a crab pot loose from our prop. I initially brought a knife which wouldn’t even begin to cut through the synthetic line they used. Got thee scissors out, swam back down and in a single snip cut through that line multiple times to untangle the prop. I may be giving these as gifts this year to fellow sailors. They are invaluable.

Must have for splicing modern ropes.
Very effective at cutting and trimming polyester and dyneema fibers and braided line.

Perfect for cutting Amsteel 7/16" and 1/8" cordage
I needed an easier way to cut my Amsteel cordage, and these scissors were recommended. Got them today, and test cut a piece of 1/8" Amsteel and it snipped right through it cleanly. Time will tell if they hold a good edge after more cuts, but they are great so far. They fit comfortably even with my large hands and fingers, and they provide excellent cutting leverage for easy cuts Neither too big nor too small. Handle material feels solid like ABS textured plastic, not like other cheap and brittle plastics

Cuts through dyneema like butter
I always wanted to buy something that can cut through dyneema since I'm doing lots of splicing. Decided to give these a try since they're pretty cheap (compared to others, more well-known brand). Well, they do work super well. Can't say how long they'll stay sharp, but so far, it's great

Very sharp
They are great for people with bigger hands because the loops have a bigger openings in the handles but are compact as a total package, I bought them for cutting dyneema rope Wich is very hard to cut clean and these scissors zip right through and leave a very clean end with no frays

Cuts Dyneema rope with ease
I use these for cutting Dyneema rope. It's nearly impossible to cut this rope cleanly with ordinary shears. Even sharp knives and razors have a difficulty cutting small strands. These shears make it as easy as cutting paper. The serrations on one of the blades keep the rope from sliding as pressure is applied. I wish I had gotten this product months ago.

Finally something that cuts
Great to have something that cuts the man made lines.

I use these for cutting technora/spectra/kevlar cordage, and they work great for that. probably cut a few hundred lengths and haven't had to replace them yet. Though they are certainly not as sharp as they were.

I purchased these scissors to make splicing easy with new rope material including Dyneema and other strong fibres. I had seen similar scissors used in videos to make splicing of these ropes and it looked so easy. Normal scissors will not cut Dyneema (It will tear each fibre while making the scissors dull very quickly). These will make a clean cut all the time. I have included a few pictures of the soft-shackles and splicing I have done as well as part of my splicing kit. I would recommend these scissors to anyone looking into cutting similar fibres and material. It is amazing to see how easy it makes the job.
