100% grass fed beef used but is the bar 100% grass fed and finished & organic, and if not do you have plans for cleaner meat?

It’s grass finished (not grain) too, hence the “whole 30” approval on the logo.

How many Carbohydrates per bar?

3g total carbs per bar, 3g fiber per bar, so 0g “net carbs”

Why is there so much sodium added? 630mg of sodium is 26% of a daily sodium intake from one 3oz bar; absolutely ridiculous.

Some people need lots of sodium (such as people on keto which depletes electrolytes including sodium), and this is perfect for them. If this doesn't meet your needs, move on, and find something that better suits your needs. Don't assume one size fits all.
