Perfect
Lovely looking taps and appear to be of good sturdy quality and apparently there was no problem experienced by my plumber installing them

Quality and easyfit
Excellent tap. Easy fit, so once fitted by the plumber -it was quick - you can change the top to suit your kitchen. Rotates smoothly, easy hold handles. Had it for 3 months and no problems. Water flow comes out in a pattern, is good. Quieter than our previous one. Good quality and so good value. Recommended by our plumber.

Nice tap shame about the aerator
I do really like the look and feel of this tap, it feels very good quality and smooth when turning on the taps so I know there's a good ceramic cartridge in there, it should last as they say it has lifetime guarantee. It looks great in my new kitchen. I've seen some old videos where the easy fix taps first came about approx 10+ years ago when they had issues where the pressure would build up and pop the taps off the grub screws and cause a massive leak, however Ive seen articles where bristan have since fixed this issue and I would like to think they have indeed fixed this issue as my one is mega tight with no movement so fingers crossed this doesn't ever happen to me. I have to however drop one star purely for the fact that they provide the worst aerator in existence. It leaks after you turn it off and the water sprays unevenly which results in water splashing everywhere. Now I've seen some bad reviews regarding this where people think the tap is broken and water leaks after etc and they returned it and what not, and to be fair not everyone would know this is actually an easy fix with £4 on some decent aerators of Amazon. One would simply expect a decent aerator with the amount of money that has been paid for this tap in the first place. To then have to buy aerators as an addition to this takes the biscuit in my eyes. Anyways I've managed to sort it and now the water is controlled and comes out nice and smooth with little to no splashing and no more leaks after I turn the taps off. So yes it's an easy fix but annoying. Overall it's a prety good tap bar the dodgey aerator. Only time will tell how long it lasts

Stylish tap fitted quite easily.
Thus tap seems hood and better than last one which did not last long. Relatively easy to fit I am told. So far so good. Looks stylish and easy to operate

Bristan are quality taps
A great tap, clever as some of the fitting can be done from above, you have to fit the tails from below of course. Very good quality company, having had many other brands I've returned to Bristan and they do give much longer life. Paeticularly well made, solid and a great flow.

Lovely looking but splodge and took three weeks to settle down
Although this tap looks good and was recommended and fitted by our plumber it failed to impress. It took about three weeks to settle in and behave. It would splodge heavily every now and again, I could even hear it in the next room. I spoke to customer services who were very helpful and arranged to send someone out. It sorted itself out though, as I said above. We have had to stop putting the dishcloth over the tap as this causes it to misbehave again. My old, much cheaper tap, didn't have any of these issues and lasted years. The taps were set wider apart though. Its a shame the new tap didn't settle in quicker because I would have given it 4-5 stars.

A classy tap that looks good and operates well.
We recently installed a new kitchen and replaced the old sink and tap that had served us so well over the years. My wife liked this style of this tap and found both this one and also a similar one which was quite a bit cheaper. We asked our plumber's advice and he replied that in his experience, Bristan made good taps. On the basis that you do not buy taps every week, we elected to pay that bit extra. Having done so, we are delighted with our decision. Now it is in place, the tap looks good and the handles are sensitive enough so that the tap will produce just the flow that you require. Not only that, but they restrict the maximum flow so that if you open the tap fully, you do not end up giving yourself a shower when the flow of water hits the sink. Having said that, the flow is not so restricted that you spend an annoying time merely filling the kettle. It is a feature that the manufacturers have got just right. The handles feel nice to use and they react well when you use them. Although I know nothing about taps, it feels as though this is a well engineered product. In summary, the tap looks good and it functions well. Would I recommend it to a friend? Definitely. Would I buy it again? Well, I hope that I never have to, but if I ever to need to buy taps again,on the basis of this purchase, Bristan would be the top of my list.

Great product and great service
The tap arrived promptly and is good quality and looks great in our newly installed kitchen. Before placing the order I had a small query and must say that when I contacted the customer care team at Bristan, the lady I spoke to couldn’t have been more helpful.
