Excellent gift
Bought as an Xmas present. Arrived within 2 days which was super impressive for a custom item. Outer box was slightly damaged but the glass itself was in perfect condition and the engraving looks very good. Very pleased with this!

Nice size and feel glass
Bought one each for myself and my husband, little bit of fun. Really pleased with the quality and thickness of the glass and a lovely size too. They arrived earlier than expected too so really can't find any fault and would definitely order again when looking for Christmas presents.

Flaw - Dangerous clean break to rim from engravement
Unable to contact seller to advise of flaw to the glass.Clean break coming from engraved personalised letter which severed the top inch clean around rim when picking up. Lucky to not receive injury.Unsatisfactory product should not have split in manner it did.Would not recommend.
