I got more than I asked for with this book. I am mind blown and read it all in one sitting. I going myself going through tik tok, YouTube and skimming through different books just trying to find small exercises I can try to open my third eye chakra and this book was exactly what I needed! It not only gives you examples but goes into the "why" of everything without boring you or taking you away from the main point. It also goes deep into the rest of the chakras and Auras. The author is extremely knowledgeable and caring. I am now going to follow this author and read the rest of her books because I learned more today from her book than I have from dozens of books, articles and videos I've been spending time on.
