Great gas stove. I am using this since 2 years. No complains. I have used it with both gas cylinder and pipeline. Steady. Good quality. Value for money. 1 stove is slightly smaller than the other. Easy to clean.

*Poor and Pathetic After Sales Service From Surya Flame*This is a formal warning to potential buyers regarding Surya Flame gas stoves.I purchased this product on 14 February 2026, and within a short period of normal usage, the jumbo burner switch began malfunctioning and it was not user damage . What followed was a prolonged and highly unsatisfactory service experience.Despite registering multiple complaints:- An initial repair was carried out from Surya Flame , but the defect reappeared within a week- A second service attempt (including involvement of a Reliance technician) failed to resolve the issue- The company continued to push for part replacement instead of addressing the recurring defect- There was no ownership, no timely follow-up, and repeated need for customer chasing. They ask to share the same issue repeatedly on Whatsapp to the point that I now have 5 people connecting with me from Surya Flame from different numbers and me explaining the same issue. That is how pathetic their after sales service isEven after multiple authorized service visits, the product remained defective. The service team continued to restart the troubleshooting process by asking for repeated explanations and videos, despite prior inspections already being conducted.At no stage was a permanent or effective resolution provided.The situation escalated to the point where I had to initiate formal consumer court proceedings and still after knowing there was no reply. Eventually, it was only after intervention from Amazon ( after 2 months) that a refund and return process is now initiated, as the brand failed to provide a satisfactory resolution.This experience clearly highlights:- Serious concerns around product quality- Repeated failure of service and repair mechanisms- Lack of coordination between Surya Flame’s service teams- Complete absence of accountability until escalationBuyers should be aware that in case of a defect, resolution may involve multiple failed service attempts and significant inconvenience.I would strongly caution against purchasing this product based on my experience.

Product is good and working condition. Looks like a shop display piece , lots of scraches in the bottom and some dust as well. As it is non visible from top i ignored it.After 1 day usage felt like Product quality looks good.
