Great WFH Monitor, Price is fantastic.
I work from home. Recently, I have had to add a second laptop to my desk, eliminating my dual monitor setup. I bought this to replace the dual monitors. So far so good. Unboxing impressions. 1) Very well packaged. The manufacturer went to great lengths to prevent damage. 2) The setup was simple. The stand goes together with two screws. Easy peasy. 3) Port access is tough. You have to remove a panel to get to it easily. The panel adds nothing because it is behind the monitor. Why have it at all? 4) Picture quality is good with HDMI and display port. Display port is a bit sharper, but HDMI works well too. All told it seems to do everything I need. If you are WFH and need more screen real estate, this is a great choice. For $220, it is a no-brainer.

Very impressed with this monitor
This is my first VA panel monitor, i also have a 170hrz ips monitor which was also a budget monitor which im comparing this to, im very impressed with how little light bleed this monitor has, my ips monitor has bad light bleed in the bottom corner which is quite distracting in dark scenes, now when it comes to motion blur its kinda bad to be honest, compared to my ips monitor which is crystal clear at high frame rates this viotek monitor smudges the image quite a bit, it basically makes gaming at high refresh rates in fast paced games pointless, when you pan to fast or run through foliage the motion blur is quite noticeable, i found keeping the refresh rate at 120hrz and the game at 60fps seemed to lessen the motion blur enough to be tolerable. The colors on this monitor are also pretty decent, comparing my ips monitor and this side by side the ips has ever so slightly better colors though the viotek monitor has better deep blacks, this monitor is great for movies and other media, and is great for gaming as long as its not fast paced competitive games, for more scenic games this monitor is great, and gaming in ultrawide is the most amazing experience, when ya game in 21x9 ya kinda dont wanna ever go back to 16x9, it makes scenic games much more immersive, and in competitive games like warzone it gives you a bit more field of view to your advantage. That's my opinion on the monitor, hope it was helpful.

Initial impressions: 8/10 but 5 stars for my usecase
I have a 29" desk to standing desk converter. I didn't like my dual screen setup, so I shopped around for a few months to find a ultrawisde unit that was under $250. I had a few criteria: 1080p 120 Hz 3000 contrast ratio minimum This monitor popped up on my eBay and Newegg recommended lists. I purchased it from Amazon because they have a solid return policy, but the price difference between sites was minimal. Packaging: Thick foam to protect the monitor. Unless excessively rough handling, this monitor would get to your door undamaged. Came with setup instructions, screws and a screwdriver, as well as a DP 1.2 cable. Setup/Initial Impressions: Literally 5 minutes and it was on and rocking. I have an AMD graphics card so I enabled Freesync from the monitor menu and switched to 120Hz refresh rate in Windows. The panel itself had no dead pixels. The colors out of the box we're washed out, yes. But after less than 10 minutes of fiddling with the settings and I found a comfortable color level that gets rid of that washed out feeling. I had to turn down the brightness too, seared my damn eyes off the bat. Why 5 stars then if it isn't perfect? Because it offers a good amount of value for the price. You will not be disappointed if you want a great productivity monitor. Gaming on this guy is wonderful, a vast improvement over my old 22" 60Hz monitor. It looks so clean and minimal as well, should fit nearly any room aesthetic. For $225, feel confident in your buy. I'll keep this review updated if issues arise and how Viotek handles it.

Fantastic Monitor! Ultra-Wide, Super-Happy!
I had read a few bad reviews and was skeptical, but the price was amazing for this type of monitor, and I took a shot at it. If your gonna game on it I am sure it is a good experience...maybe not great as this isn't a high refresh rate monitor or anything.. I don't use it to game with, but as far as production at work...it is extremely useful! I am able to use multiple screens with ease, just as if I had 2 monitors or more. This monitor has 2 image input option. You can put both inputs out on the monitor screen at once. Which is another cool multitasking option. Maybe for streaming or something. I am very happy with this monitor and hope it last. The other reviews say after 2 months the had issues. I have had mine about 3 weeks and it has been working perfectly fine. I will update if I have any troubles.

Great value monitor
I bought this monitor because I needed something larger than my laptop display, and something that would make multitasking a lot easier, as I am a student and professional. I ordered on Tuesday, and after being told it would take a little over 2 weeks to get to me, I was floored when it showed up on my doorstep on Saturday. Right on! Getting it set up was a breeze, as the stand only takes two screws to assemble it to the monitor. My particular unit is the 29" UWFHD with 120Hz refresh rate. For a cheap monitor, I am absolutely blown away at the performance. It is plenty bright for my usage (home office), the color is better than what was on my laptop display, and it can actually run at up to 200Hz with the proper hardware. My GPU is only a GTX 1660Ti and I only have HDMI on my laptop, so DP and 200Hz doesn't work for me, but I don't care. I play mostly single player RPGs and racing games, and the monitor keeps up perfectly. No tearing or dead pixels or issues like that. When I upgrade my machine, I will likely buy another VIOTEK. 8 month follow up: I got a new setup a few months ago and have since been putting this monitor through its paces. Specs: ASUS ROG STRIX X570-E GAMING WIFI II | AMD R9 5950X | RTX 3080 | 32 GB 3666MHz RAM | 2x1TB M.2 SSD by SKHynix | Due to the specs of my computer, I am constantly exceeding the maximum fps this monitor can support, which is no biggie. Of course, I would like to get a new one, but this one still works just fine. I find the 1200R curvature to be really nice for gaming in particular, since I mostly play first person games like Cyberpunk, Halo MCC, Fallout 3, NC, 4, 76, Skyrim, ESO, Doom Eternal.. For other third person games, I still really enjoy it. The Witcher 3, GTA V, RDR2, Forza Motorsport/Horizon all look pretty good for a ~$200 monitor. I tend to sit relatively close to the monitor when gaming, so I occasionally notice a screen door effect with the 1080p resolution. Using DP 1.4, I've found that the max refresh rate is 120Hz, but I may not be able to find where to possibly overclock the display. The stand is super meh, offering little to no tilt, pivot, or height adjustment. It does have a VESA mount though, so if that's your thing, you can do it. TLDR; Great value for money, stand sucks, color accuracy is okayish, it's 1080p so your PC should run it just fine, 21:9 aspect ratio is wonderful.

A stunning display right out of the box! Plug it in and WOW!
This monitor has a most gorgeous display showing off so many colors I've never seen so well. It is handsomely back-lit, I see no imperfections in the display, and it's lit up so smooooooooth and evenly. I can tell they took time on this monitor, and pride in the display. I love the price! I love the product. Oh wait! And it's more than wide enough to have dual websites up and running at once. My mother came to look and she was very impressed with Viotek, as she just spent over $700 on her new monitor, and she admits she would have been just as happy with this one. Great job guys!

Really nice monitor. Keep in mind no sound
This monitor was a super good deal. My son loves it, for his gaming set up, and it looks super sleek and the visuals are amazing. I would not hesitate to buy this brand… Although I did… Because I have never heard of it. That being said it’s just as nice as any other top shelf brand of curved monitor. Very very nice. Keep in mind it has no built-in audio see you do need to purchase speakers in order to hear anything from the monitor. That was something we did not expect and had to purchase something the next day. Maybe we didn’t read further details close enough

Great option if your on a budget
The monitor has great build quality and the same goes for functionality Requires a bit of fine tuning for tones and color accuracy but it can easily be done from the monitor settings. Has a good size and picture quality for the 29" option Up to this date I have had my doubts regarding the refresh rate. some of the options and setting are not very clear on how to properly set up. Other than that, I have cero complains, I can game and work perfectly fine and I am definitely satisfied with my purchase
