Its awesome
They do not do basic cleaning service but if any other issue is found. They will pay for it. I will recommend you to buy their warranty. I just got refund for my ac parts repair.

I ordered this warranty with Blue star 1.5 AC which came without copper pipe so I returned the same, got the refund. When I canceled the AC why do I need a warranty. They are not canceling it nor have I received refund or the certificate. Don't buy the warranty with AC or any product. It's a waste of money, get it directly from the company. What photos or video can you add if you have not got any thing.

No soft copy issued.
It would have been better if u have given any soft copy of warranty with details so that it would be easy for us to save it and can be revoked when it requires rather than to go in orders and search after few years that should be improved.
