Q: Is this product applied using a butane torch ?

it can be use on low temperature like some torch for water copper. You need perfect clean up all surfaces copper and aluminum. Use low torch heat copper and aluminum at lease 30s. when the copper or aluminum change the color to bright, try apply this one. if temperature enough it will mesh down and super fast/easy to fill. Make should you fill all around circles connection point. It have flux in the center core so you don't have to apply and other flux. BUT MUST PERFECT CLEAN THE SURFACE

Q: Will this weld brass to stainless?

Brass to stainless can be done using silver filler, such as 45% or 56% silver filler. Some call this (filler) silver solder but this is actually brazing so the word solder is incorrect. Do a search for Harris brazing fillers for more info

Q: Will these rods and a propane torch work to fix an aluminum truck radiator? The description says that no additional flux is needed. Is this true?

I really don't know! I tried to use a propane torch and couldn't get it to melt let alone fuse anything! Best of luck!
