I used this product years ago and loved it. I recently purchased it again to be a part of my skin care routine. This product has been clinically proven to reduce fine lines and wrinkles. It absorbs quickly, and it's super easy to pump out and apply. It does provide a dewy/glowy look once applied. Your skin is soft and with long term use, you will see a changes in your fine lines and wrinkles. It is a little pricey, but I feel that if it does it's job, it's well worth it.

Be aware of subsribe and save for this product. I have subscribe and save for this since it cost alot and it was cheaper that way. I did not need my back up one until today. When I opened it, it would not expel the cream in the right pump. Only the left side of the pump worked. I tried to exchange it, but the last date to return it was in October. I called customer service since Amazon has always been so wonderful to help with problems. However, this time they would not help. It is past the return window, even though it is broken! So my advice to you is it is a wonderful product although it is pricey, I will not buy another for awhile (because of the cost). If you have subscribe and save for this product, my whole reason for this review is to tell you when you receive your bottle check it right away! I wish I had. The only problem with that is now it won't be fresh if you don't need it for awhile. Since this has happened to my pump, I have checked into this product and it looks as though this has been a problem for some with only one side of the pump working. All the more reason to check it works when you receive it.

Omg! I’m obsessed with this product! I can tell a difference in my skin in days. I usually buy this from my dermatologist but have bought on Amazon as well. Just make sure if you buy online, the seller is indeed Skin Medica so it’s not counterfeit or a dupe. This product will tighten pores, smooth texture, and make your nature skin glow! Love it so much! Worth the money! For reference I’m 43, have normal/oily skin, & premenopausal.

I haven’t found a product that compares to this one in all my years of buying face creams. Love it. The only downside is the dual pump bottle. It doesn’t work well sometimes.

I use this product in conjunction with a number of other products and techniques so I can’t point to specific improvements, but I’m satisfied there is enough evidence to support continued use. I wait until the price hits 235 or below to purchase. If you check camelcamelcamel, you can see that the price drops frequently enough that you don’t need to pay full price. Now to the pump issue. After finishing one bottle, we busted it open to understand how it works (see photos). How I would recommend “unsticking” a pump that is not dispensing properly is to break off the bottom (chrome) cover to reveal the bottom ends of the dispensers. There are two small holes in each, and by unfolding a large paperclip, you can feed the paperclip through one of the holes to gently push up the plunger/piston to get it moving. Once you do that, the dispenser should start moving on its own. (If you can’t break the bottom cover off, you might try drilling a large hole for access to the sticking dispenser.) FYI there was really no residual product to remaining in the dispensers to collect when they were empty. (One of the photos shows the plungers/pistons in each dispenser all the way at the top with no product remaining.)

I purchased 5 bottles. The pump cover of the first bottle came off loose and it could not pump; so I returned that bottle. I opened up all other 4 bottles to check and the pumps were working. However, after 2 uses, cream from 1 chamber of the 2nd bottle is not pumping out; so now I am only having the benefit of 1 of the cream and I am not sure that means that I am deriving the full benefits of this product. I am using the second bottle and again only the clear liquid is coming out but the whitish creamy liquid does not pump out. I break the pump and noticed that one of the chambers is virtually empty !!! Very unhappy with the product

Have purchased this skin product for years from other sources. Was an excellent price. Packaging the same but this one has a perfumey smell - I only purchase this 2/year as a very small amount is used each time - hope it’s the real product

Love this product, saves my facial skin for hurting with dryness by 10am. But the application can be tricky. So this is what you do. Every. Time. 1. Turn it upside down. 2. Hit the bottom ~3 times with the heel of your hand. 3. Keeping it upside down, then pump out product. I have never had problems with getting both solutions out with this protocol.

I've been using this serum for years. I will never buy it again. As others have mentioned , the pumps don't work properly. There are two fluids that come out of two different pumps, which you're supposed to blend together. Instead only pump worked at first, and then only second pump worked, and now neither of them do. A complete waste of my money!
