Looking for a replacement rubber piece that keeps the water out of the hole for the cord. Hoping either the manufacturer will respond or someone knows

Thank you for your question! Replacement cord caps can be purchased in accessory kit PAC00-13908. This kit is not currently for sale on Amazon.

How often do you need to change the filters?

I don’t use the charcoal filters because they are very expensive and I use water that is already filtered. The other filter: it depends on how often you change your water. I do so daily for the sake of the cats. Every now and then I take it out, rinse it off and clean debris off and then return it. I would say once a month is plenty if you do this.

Does this have an automatic shut off if the water level gets too low?

No. I don't see anything that would automatically shut off the pump and I didn't see any mention of that in the documentation.
