Great for many uses both sweet and savoury
Great taste, I use it for soups and stews as well as cream cakes. Keeps its shape and texture well in the fridge or on the counter when whipped. Quality of the cream is high. Only 4 stars as the size is very big for a normal household and it doesn’t freeze well.

A very useful & acceptable stand-up for double cream!
I have used this product for some years, I find it excellent for cooking with, particularly savoury cream sauces, be it simply creamed mushrooms on toast, or a more complex sauce for fish, it really is immensely useful. You can keep it it the cupboard for a good length of time , once opened it will still last well in the fridge. I have a made a delicious whipped version of Chantilly cream for the top of a trifle, I highly recommend this great substitute, in desperation I have even used it in my fresh ground morning coffee! Delicious!! As for the cost... worth every penny!

Terrible. Easy to overwhip and oily taste
I regularly make cakes with whipping cream and tried this for the first time. It states hard to overwhip but the opposite is true. Even when whipped to very soft peaks, once in piping bag and squeezed it thickens and comes out like soft butter. Taste is very oily and not like advertised.
