Although I loved the idea of having a super quick answer to not being the best breakfast eater, purchasing a premise cup of oatmeal seemed like the way to go. I may have set my expectations too high though because as soon as I took my first bite, I realized I can make similar oatmeal cups for a fraction of the cost. I would also have control over sweetness and other ingredients. Im glad I gave this a shot but moving forward I won't be purchasing this again.

This happens to be our favorite of their flavors. The product is "real food," quick for those times when time is important but you do not want to sacrifice nutrition. It is excellent not only for home (quick meal before work or school), but especially when camping. Although it is a bit pricey, primarily due to the packaging, it is the packaging that gives it that "extra kick" of convenience. Food should be a priority so if you want real food and convenience, you should expect to pay a bit for it. Remember, if you put sugar in your car's fuel tank, you won't go far--how much more so to put chemicals (including gmo foods) into our bodies.

I like the idea of just adding cold water or mixing it with plain yogurt. They are convenient and tasty. All flavors are good. My concern is that I found a Cherry Almond cup that was sealed but I could see a little product reside around the sides and clear top and other than that, it was empty. It looks as though the product was eaten and sealed.

I train every day (Crossfit) and I work F/T so I need "portable" nutrition. I really like the ingredients in this cereal I just wish they separated the sugar in a sealed packet like some other companies do so you can omit or add less sugar.

Only thing I'd change about these is to remove the added sugar - but I have no sweet tooth to speak of.

I usually only write positive reviews, but I was disappointed with Rokit Fuel and wished I had this input before buying. First, the flavors are OK. I liked the Cherry Almond in particular. My issue with the oatmeal is that it has a sawdust-like consistency. It seems they look to pack lots of stuff that's good for you into each cup, but that results in a consistency that is not like oatmeal. It's evident when adding water. The mixture is very dense...you have to stir well to get the bottom wet.Only a minor drawback is that each cup is sealed with a plastic wrap around the top. There isn't a pre-cut seam anywhere so I need to use a scissor or knife to open the cup.I much prefer the Umpqua oatmeal cups and will be switching back on my next orders.

This was my third shipment of these. All four are wonderful tasting and easy to prepare just pour in water and wait a couple minutes. I. Understand you can eat it hot or cold but I personally prefer hot so I use boiling water and the taste is wonderful. Be advised there are nuts in these and also they are whole nuts for the most part. Nonetheless what a great way to start today. Yummy.

I was looking for a healthier oatmeal. This has a unique "Nutri Blend" with oat flour, amaranth, chia seeds, flax seeds, buckwheat flour, maca root, hemp seed, and quinoa flour. I just couldn't get on board with this. It is less oatey and more like a cream of wheat, texture-wise. It just tastes very "healthy" and not good. If you are going off flavor, this is not the oatmeal for you. If you want all the good stuff in it and can stomach the taste, then maybe give it a try. I tried all of the flavors in the variety pack and only the fudge brownie flavor was tolerable enough to eat, for me.
