Okay friends, I learned this the hard way, so I want to save you some grief. I have a Canon D570 laser printer. I went through a dozen labels sheets and the printing was smudged, splotchy, and splattered. The toner wouldn't adhere. I thought the problem was that these sheets only work on inkjets, not laser printers. So I went to Staples and bought the Avery 5126 labels that officially indicate the label is for laser printers. Paid triple the price too (about $33 for 200 sheets from the Avery brand). I came home and went through a dozen more sheets and the printing was still smudged, splotchy, and splattered!!! The toner also wouldn't adhere. I sat there at my desk, defeated, face in palm. Then I glanced at the backside of the Avery 5126 label sheet which said, "Change printer paper settings to 'Labels' and print." I definitely hadn't done that. I had no clue how to do that. After searching Google for "how to change printer paper settings to Labels" for my specific printer model, I learned how to do it. If you're curious, on my Canon D570 you press the "Paper Settings" button literally right on the front of the printer, then you select the specific paper tray you're using, then you select the paper size, then you finally can select the loaded paper type, which I switched from "Plain, 16 lb Bond" to... wait for it... "Labels." And then I printed one more time. With bated breath. I noticed it was printing differently because the printer had a different sound and speed. And when I pulled the finished sheet from the printer, a small tear of jubilation escaped from the corner of my eye. Not a smudge. Nary a splotch. Nay, not even a splatter. It was... perfection. So, if you have a laser printer, these labels will work wonderfully. Just remember, you must select "LABELS" in your laser printer paper settings.

These work just as good as more expensive ones. They do hold well, but if you just put it on an envelope, you can still remove it. If it's stuck for more than 15 mins, then it will come off, but not in one piece and you will need to peel off pieces. It holds well, prints well, and great item
