Great quality. Lighter weight so better for binging in trips than others. Plenty of pockets. Very happy. Great price. This is a high quality bag but for some reason half the weight of others. Very durable.

Happy with the purchase, bought it to replace a similar bag the telescoping handle on would no longer extend after 15-20 years of gentle use. I wanted another bag like it the handle worked on and that bag didn't have a current model. I found this one and compared to three others. I chose this one because it has two zip open water bottle holders (one on either side) my original bag didn't have. It's large enough to accommodate a full size laptop (I have to have a built in ten key so I buy the large clunky laptops) plus has lots of other compartments to hold everything else and keep it all organized. Great carry on for travel if you are flying and need to carry on a laptop, never tried to stuff it under a seat, I use the overhead bins. Need the floor space for my long legs and feet anyway. When I went to the office every day I used it for that and just rolled it from my car to my desk. The only way it could have possibly been any more perfect is if it had four spinner type wheels so it could be turned side ways to get down those narrow airline aisles faster. It has two like my old one and you can pull it behind you down the aisle but have to be careful because it just fits and if there are arms or feet hanging into the aisle you will bump those folks as you pass. Sometimes I just pick it up and carry it if the plane is already really full for that reason.

When I first received this product I was impressed by quality. It has been over a year since I purchased this item a I have to say it is worth more than I paid. The different pockets allow me to store files for the different schools I visit. This item looks very professional. I can easily maneuver in limited spaces and it’s easy to handle. No matter how much it has in it it still has room for more. The handles allows for easy grip and evens out the weight. I highly recommend this product for its durability and functionality.

2025 - I have gotten my money's worth of use out of this bag. I am still using it anytime I have to travel with my 2 laptops, has been through the airport many times. I did get it under a seat last year when the over head was just too small. I am still looking for a comparable bag with 4 spinner wheels, but just not finding anything.... Hint, hint.. Wheels are getting a little beat up, but still functional. I have bought a new smaller 16" laptop, don't think there was a change in the weight - not using it quite just yet... UPdate: I have used it for a solid year now, and on several flights. The bag gets heavy with all of the gear, I still wish it had a set of 4 spinner wheels. This is the only bag I could find that would cart 2 laptops. I have yet to be on a plane where I think it would fit under the seat.... and it does not fit in the smaller overhead compartments. There's really no feet for the bag to sit on, so when you stop and set the bag down, the bottom is touching the ground or floor. I have not had a problem with the zippers. The handle release button is getting a little touchy on the latching, but it still works. Overall it has been well worth the price. Am able to get my 17" laptop and the smaller Corp laptop both in the bag will all of the power blocks and docking block, 2 separate mice and hold my daily working files. Have not drug it through the airport yet though, it only has the 2 sets of wheels. Would have preferred to find one with a set of 4 spinners.

I love these bags and am very dependent on them (I've had a couple). It carries my entire office and school within it. Two computers, files, 3-ring notebooks, and my purse. Zippers within zippered pockets and places for pens & pads. A front zippered pocket for keys, lipstick, etc., makes things easily accessible. This is the best bag I've ever purchased, and I honestly could not do without it. Working at home, at the office, and university requires flexibility and easy acclimation, so everything goes with me. The wheels understandably wear down after a few years of heavy daily use, but until then, the wheels ride smoothly, and this thing saves me every day. I demand a lot from this bag, and it is dependable. I highly recommend it. Strong extendable handle. Two side pockets for coffee and a water bottle. Strong carry handles. It is the perfect size and is quite durable. Zippers work without fail, and there's a lot of room. It was a tight fit under the plane seat because I packed it so full. It would fit if I didn't need so much stuff in my carry-on (I've had luggage stolen, so I carry my vitals in it). I should write Kroser a thank-you letter because I really appreciate this bag. You will too! It would also make a fantastic gift for a busy person.

This rolling laptop bag has exceeded my expectations! I received it today, and could not wait to try it out. I purposely brought home my office laptop to see if all the items I carry would fit. Yes, they do. Like a previous reviewer, I will use the portion for clothing articles to carry books, files and other items I need when teleworking. There is ample storage and slots, zippered pockets, etc. for all your office gear. Even though this does not have the four wheels (that I would have liked) it has more space than the 4-wheeled competitor, plus two pockets for water bottles (16.9 oz.). Hey! It comes with a zipper lock...wow! I will be using in the morning to arrive at work in style! I am so happy I decided to go with this one, and it was less costly than the 4-wheeled competitor. I am now a happy teleworker! No more "crate and carry" for me.

After 2 months use this item more than takes care of my needs. I do see the handle wearing out after 2 years of use but I planned on getting the warranty to begin with. Good price, spacious pockets and design. Wheels work and roll well. I do clean them out to prevent dirt from fouling the rollers.

I love this laptop trolley bag. It is wonderful quality. The telescopic handle glides smoothly. Sturdy wheels. I ditched my old one yesterday and transferred all my items to this new bag, like a new present ( how sad am I). Wish I had upgraded a long time ago. Love it ♥️

This durable and well-made suitcase has gliding rollers and a tall handle. Its many zippered compartments provide slots for many items and room for overnight changes of clothes, laptops and accessories, books, papers, etc. I use it primarily for work, but I love the fact that it doesn't need to be a carry-on and fits under most airline seats for easy access. Since it doesn't have a water bottle holder (a small water bottle would fit in a zippered section; I can fit my larger bottle in the large section where I keep my books, papers, etc. I love this suitcase!
