I bought brand new bamboo solar lights, but after one night, the bulb was dim in one of them. I wondered if it was the battery not holding a charge, so decided to try these. The original batteries in my bamboo lights were only 600 mAh. The 1000 mah seem to be holding a great charge from the sun. We are on 3rd night and my solar lights are still bright. If I set the bamboo lights on the porch rail for about 6 hours in the sun, they are staying on until about 5 or 6 in the morning. So far so good. I'm hoping that doesn't change anytime soon.

They have been working just fine at my solar patio lamps

I removed my NiMH Double A 350mAh and put in these NiMH Double A 1000mAh. Lights are as bright as before but last longer. I assume they also need a nice sunny day to fully charge. I will update if anything changes.

When we first put the batteries in our device, they worked just fine but if the device is used daily, the batteries do not last long. They were not working after one week.

Rechargeable batteries are the way to go. I’ll never purchase regular batteries again. Convenient and good for the environment.
