Pedag Suede and Nubuck Brush Kit, One Suede and One Nubuck Brush, 2 Brushes

I have to be honest. I never purchased nor used any kind of shoe cleaning device until I got this duo, so I am not the most experienced reviewer in this case. That said, I bought these tools to clean all of my daughter's recently outgrown shoes to sell on consignment, so I did get a lot of experience with them on several different shoe types. I must say, I was very impressed with the usefulness of these tools. They went far beyond just the suede and nubuck for which they are advertised. I used them with Pink Miracle Bottle - Shoe Cleaner - 8 Oz. Fabric Cleaner Solution With Free BONUS Brush - Works on Leather, Whites, Nubuck, Golf Shoes, Basketball Shoes, Boots, Sandals, Home and Car Upholstery - NON TOXIC shoe cleaner (which is awesome, too, by the way) on canvas, genuine leather, fake leather, sheepskin, suede, even jelly shoes and sheepskin fur (used the soft brush edge on the left to comb out dirt hiding in the fur- worked great!). The angled parts on the top and sides of the tool on the right are rubber, and they were surprisingly useful for cleaning seams and the base where the side of the shoe is sewn to the bottom. I am especially pleased with these given the price I paid. I wish that there were some instructions included for the newbies like myself, but I just did a YouTube search on how to clean suede shoes and went from there.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I picked this product over others because it’s German-made. That’s a green flag for quality, and I believe this company has been around for a while because of the simple fact that they make long-lasting, effective products.

Terrific tools! I purchased this set as a replacement for old suede/nubuck combination brush, which I used for many years, from another manufacturer. These brushes do everything you need to clean nubuck and suede! I would rate as 5 stars if shipped with clear printed instructions. Had to print instructions from the Amazon listing and mfr site to get some clarify on use, since these brushes are a little different from what I used in the past.

These brushes helped revive several of my designer suede and nubuck shoes. I am so glad I found them, I highly recommend them. I’ve tried the cheaper nylon only bristles and those didn’t work as well as this brand.

Um well, the brushes came but with NO directions on how to use them. I really think that if you have two brushes with two different brush heads on each (so, essentially, 4 different brush types/heads), perhaps you give a little description WITH the brushes of what each one does and how to use each one? Otherwise, I am just winging it and have no idea how best to clean and preserve the suede and nubuck. I don't know how hard to brush or scrub with them either (softly, gently, firmly....???) or if one is to "fluff" up the suede while the other one is just for cleaning or they are all for cleaning or? Anyway, hard to say if they work well when I have no real clue how to use them.

This brush combo kit offers multiple cleaning and knapping heads to satisfactorily bring your suede and nubuck footwear back to life. What's more, they offer the most choices in method at the best price. So far, they have held up well, even with regular service on very dirty boots.

Best value for your money. These brushes do exactly as described and seem sturdy enough to be durable

These two brushes came loose in a box with absolutely no instruction on how to use or to tell which brush is which. Now I have to spend hours on google trying to figure it out. Kinda ticked.
